Member Login and Access Guide

For Accessing Announcements and Newsletters

This guide will show you how to log into the secure Members’ Area on our new website and access all confidential lodge communications.

1. How to Log In to the Website

You will use the credentials we recently sent to your email.

  1. Go to the Login Page: Open your web browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) and go directly to the member login page: https://thebelmontalbionlodge.co.nz/login/ (Tip: You can also find the Member Login button in the top menu of the main website.)
  2. Enter Your Credentials:
    • Username or Email Address: Enter the username or email address provided in your recent access email.
    • Password: Enter the temporary password we provided.
  3. Complete Login: Click the Log In button.
    • If this is your first time, we recommend you change your password immediately after logging in for security.

2. How to Access Announcements and Newsletters

Once you are successfully logged in, the secure Members’ Area menu will appear at the top of the site.

  1. Access the Main Members’ Area: Look for the “Members’ Area” option in the main navigation menu and click it. This page provides a dashboard view of all member communications.
  2. Navigate to Specific Sections: All of our confidential communications are organized under this section.
    • For Announcements and Newsletters:
      • Both are treated as “Posts” in the system. You will find them clearly titled and listed on the main Members’ Area page or under the “Blog/News” link within that section.
      • The most recent post (whether an Announcement or Newsletter) will always be listed at the top.
    • For the Lodge Calendar:
      • To view all upcoming Stated Meetings, Degree Ceremonies, and social events, click the “Lodge Calendar” link in the Members’ Area menu.
  3. Reading a Full Post: Click on the title of any Announcement or Newsletter preview to read the full message.

You can remain logged in on your device for easy access, but please ensure you log out if using a shared or public computer. If you have any trouble accessing the site, please reply to this email.
